LOCAL DELIVERY

We have 3 options for the Local Delivery; Click and Collect, Cash on Delivery, and Thai Post.

Click and Collect

  • You can choose Click and Collect option to pick up your order at your convenience DA+PP’s store.
  • To use this option, you will be notified by call and email to confirm your pick up date and time within 2 days after the payment is made.

Cash on Delivery

  • You can choose Cash on Delivery option if your delivery location is in Bangkok or outskirt of Bangkok. There will be no extra charge for the order above THB 2,500 unless the delivery fee is THB 150.
  • You will be notified by call and email to confirm your delivery schedule within 2 business days.

Thai Post

  • Your order will be shipped via Thai Post Registered mail service. The order may arrive within 5 – 7 days and it will be free of charge.
  • If you select Thai Post Emergency mail service. The order may arrive within 1 – 3 days. The extra charge will be calculated according Thai Post Emergency mail service rate which will be notified at your order check out page. (Free EMS for the order more than THB 2,500 after discount.)
  • You can track your order both Registered mail and Emergency mail services from http://track.thailandpost.co.th

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • Your order will be shipped via Thai Post Registered mail service (Package by Air). The order may arrive within 7 – 14 days and it will be free of charge with minimum purchased for USD 100.
  • If you select the Express service, there will be an extra charge. The order may arrive within 5 – 7 days. The extra charge will be calculated according to the Private Express rate which will be notified at your order check out page.

OTHERS

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship out within 2 business days after received the payment. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 3-5 business days to process.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, da-pp.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Can I make change to my shipping address after I place my order?

You can make change to your shipping address before the order is shipped out by sending an email to service@da-pp.com or Line: @da-ppbrand or WECHAT: dappbrand with your order number references. In case the order is shipped out, you will not be able to make any changes for the shipping address.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or sending an email to service@da-pp.com or Line: @da-ppbrand or WECHAT: dappbrand with your order number references.
